View product ›Industrial coveralls, flame retardant protective clothing, workwear jackets, safety helmets and safety footwear manufactured in Mumbai and shipped to Qatar. Sea transit to Hamad Port runs 6 - 9 days. Manufacturing and exporting since 2000, ISO 9001:2015 certified.
Qatar's protective clothing demand is unusually concentrated. Two industrial cities, Ras Laffan in the north and Mesaieed in the south, account for the bulk of it, and both are hydrocarbon sites where flame retardant coveralls are the default rather than the exception. The North Field LNG expansion has extended that demand well into the next decade. Sanctum Work Wear ships from Nhava Sheva to Hamad Port and supplies the contractor base working across both complexes.
Because the buyer base is small and specification-led, Qatar rewards suppliers who can hold a consistent garment over a multi-year project rather than win one order. Fabric batch consistency, repeatable tape placement and a stable size grid matter more here than headline price. We keep specification sheets on file per customer so a repeat order three years into a project matches the first delivery.
Indicative sea transit times from Nhava Sheva (JNPT), Mumbai. Production time sits ahead of transit and depends on order quantity, fabric and whether embroidery or custom colourways are required.
| Destination | Sea transit | Notes |
|---|---|---|

Import registration is completed by your Qatar-registered consignee. We supply the manufacturer-side documentation that registration depends on.

Qatalum at Mesaieed and Qatar Steel, where radiant heat drives demand for heat-resistant footwear alongside FR clothing.
Continuing road, rail, stadium legacy and real estate work around Doha and Lusail, generating hi-vis coverall, helmet and safety shoe volume.
Hamad Medical Corporation facilities and private hospital growth, buying scrub suits and lab coats through institutional tenders.

View product ›Yes. Both industrial cities are hydrocarbon environments where FR clothing is standard issue, and we manufacture inherent and treated flame retardant coveralls with matched FR jackets for that duty. Our FR garments are made from fabrics certified to EN ISO 11612 and EN ISO 11611, and the fabric certificates and mill test reports for the lot supplied accompany the consignment. Where the tender names a specific standard, send us the clause and we will confirm in writing what we can supply against it and which test documentation accompanies the lot.
Import clearance requires a Qatar-registered importer holding a valid commercial registration, so the consignee must be a local entity. Many of our Gulf customers are distributors or uniform contractors who import in their own name and supply the end client. We can also supply an existing Qatari agent on a private-label basis under their own woven label.
Sea freight from Nhava Sheva to Hamad Port typically runs six to nine days in transit. Some buyers prefer transhipment through Jebel Ali with onward road movement, which can suit consolidated cargo. Production time sits ahead of that and depends on order size, colourway and whether embroidery is involved.
Yes, and on multi-year LNG and petrochemical projects this usually matters more than price. We keep a specification sheet per customer covering fabric construction, colour reference, reflective tape placement, pocket layout, zip type and the size grid, so a repeat order placed years later matches the original delivery.
Standard colourways are navy blue, petrol blue, light blue, white, orange, grey, red, yellow and khaki, in sizes XS through 6XL. Custom colours are available against a minimum quantity. We supply a size set for approval before bulk production so the fit is confirmed on your own workforce first.
Send us your garment specification, quantity and size breakdown and we will come back with pricing, lead time and the documentation pack for your consignment.
