View product ›Industrial coveralls, flame retardant protective clothing, workwear jackets, safety helmets and safety footwear manufactured in Mumbai and shipped to Saudi Arabia. Sea transit to King Abdulaziz Port, Dammam runs 5 - 8 days. Manufacturing and exporting since 2000, ISO 9001:2015 certified.
Saudi Arabia is the largest single market for industrial protective clothing in the Gulf, and the most demanding on documentation. Between the Aramco contractor network, the Royal Commission industrial cities at Jubail and Yanbu, Ma'aden's mining operations and the giga-project construction programme, the Kingdom consumes flame retardant coveralls at a scale no other GCC market matches. Sanctum Work Wear manufactures in Mumbai and ships through Jeddah and Dammam to serve both coasts.
Two things decide whether an Indian workwear supplier succeeds in Saudi Arabia. The first is documentation discipline: without a clean SABER file the consignment does not clear. The second is local content. Aramco's IKTVA programme scores suppliers on in-Kingdom value, so our most productive Saudi relationships are with local distributors and uniform houses who hold the contract while we manufacture behind them. We are set up to supply that way, including private-label production under a distributor's own label.
Indicative sea transit times from Nhava Sheva (JNPT), Mumbai. Production time sits ahead of transit and depends on order quantity, fabric and whether embroidery or custom colourways are required.
| Destination | Sea transit | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| King Abdulaziz Port, Dammam | 5 - 8 days | Eastern Province gateway. Serves Jubail, Ras Tanura, Al Khobar and Dhahran. |

| Jubail Commercial Port | 6 - 9 days | Direct entry for the Jubail industrial city complex. |
| Air freight (RUH / DMM / JED) | 1 - 3 days | For size-set approvals and urgent contract top-ups. |
Import registration is completed by your Saudi Arabia-registered consignee. We supply the manufacturer-side documentation that registration depends on.
Saudi Aramco operations and their contractor tiers, including Ras Tanura, Jazan and Abqaiq. The single largest source of flame retardant coverall demand in the Gulf.
SABIC and affiliate plants concentrated in Jubail and Yanbu, where the Royal Commission maintains its own site safety requirements.
Ma'aden's phosphate, bauxite and gold operations, plus the Ras Al Khair aluminium and minerals complex - abrasion-heavy duty favouring cotton coveralls and steel toe footwear.
NEOM, Red Sea Global, Diriyah, Qiddiya and the Riyadh Metro programme, driving very high volumes of hi-vis coveralls, helmets and safety shoes.
SWCC and SEC generation and transmission assets, typically specifying FR or arc-rated outerwear.
Hospital and clinic expansion across Riyadh, Jeddah and the Eastern Province, buying scrub suits and lab coats through institutional tenders.
All garments are manufactured to customer specification. Standard colourways are navy blue, petrol blue, light blue, white, orange, grey, red, yellow and khaki, in sizes XS to 6XL, with logo embroidery and custom reflective tape configuration available.

View product ›Yes. PPE is a regulated category, so the Saudi importer registers the product on the SABER platform to obtain a Product Certificate of Conformity, then draws a Shipment Certificate of Conformity for each consignment. The registration is completed by the importer, and we supply the manufacturer-side documentation it depends on, including our ISO 9001:2015 certificate, fabric composition declarations and mill test reports.
Yes. We produce private-label workwear for distributors and uniform contractors, with your woven label, care label, packing specification and carton marking. This is often the practical structure in the Kingdom, since local content scoring under IKTVA favours a Saudi entity holding the client relationship while we manufacture behind it.
Dammam is the shorter sailing from Nhava Sheva and the natural choice for Jubail, Ras Tanura, Al Khobar and the Eastern Province generally. Jeddah suits Jeddah itself, Riyadh, Yanbu, Jazan and the NEOM area. If your sites straddle both coasts we can split a consignment across the two.
We supply both inherent flame retardant fabrics and treated constructions including a Pyrovatex finish, in coveralls and matched FR jackets so a crew can be kitted from one fabric family. Our FR garments are made from fabrics certified to EN ISO 11612 and EN ISO 11611, and the fabric certificates and mill test reports for the lot supplied accompany the consignment. Where a tender cites a specific standard, send us the clause and we will confirm in writing what can be supplied against it and which test documentation accompanies the lot.
Minimum quantities depend on the fabric and whether the order is a standard colourway or custom. Standard coveralls run in navy blue, petrol blue, light blue, white, orange, grey, red, yellow and khaki, in XS through 6XL. Share your size breakdown and site count and we will quote against the actual spread rather than a nominal figure.
Send us your garment specification, quantity and size breakdown and we will come back with pricing, lead time and the documentation pack for your consignment.
